<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation, price perception on the Purchasing Decision Process at Food Stalls in the Lake Lau Kawar Tourism Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency. The characteristics of the sample are explained by quantitative methods, and the research results are exhibited with tables, graphs, and narratives. The research sample consisted of one hundred participants who were purposively selected. Data was obtained through a questionnaire containing questions relating to the respondent's profile. The results and conclusions of the study indicate that the independent variables of product innovation, price perception, and location are 37.1% responsible for the dependent variable of the purchasing decision process. The adjusted coefficient of determination, or (R2), is 0.371. While the last 62.9% is covered by additional variables not included in this model. Where purchasing decisions at food and beverage stalls in the Lake Lau Kawar tourist village, Karo Regency are influenced by product innovation, price perceptions, and location.</em></p>Sri Rosliana Lubis

<p><em>This study aims to explore the marketing strategy of Kota Pari Tourism Village in Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling method and consisted of tourism village managers, local entrepreneurs and tourists. The results of the study show that the marketing strategy of Pari City Tourism Village includes the use of social media, cooperation with local entrepreneurs, participation in promotional events, and good management of tourist destinations. In addition, this research also shows that factors such as cleanliness, safety, and comfort are very important in attracting tourists. This research makes an important contribution to the development of Kota Pari Tourism Village and can be a reference for managers of other tourist villages in designing effective marketing strategies</em></p>Tina Taviani

<p><em>This study aims to explore the role of Tourism Awareness Groups (POKDARWIS) in developing tourism potential in Kampung Tahu Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results showed that POKDARWIS has an important role in developing tourism potential in Kampung Tahu Village. POKDARWIS carries out various activities to develop tourism potential, such as promoting existing tourist objects, fostering and training the community as tour guides, and collaborating with related parties. In addition, POKDARWIS also plays a role in preserving the culture and environment around tourist objects. Through the activities carried out, POKDARWIS is able to increase the number of tourist visits and provide economic benefits for the local community. However, there are also several obstacles faced by POKDARWIS in developing tourism potential, such as a lack of support from the government and a lack of adequate tourism support facilities. Therefore, POKDARWIS needs support from related parties to continue to develop tourism potential in Kampung Tahu Village.</em></p>Trisnawaty Trisnawaty

<p><em>This study aims to compile patterns of tourist trips in Tipang Tourism Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The selected respondents were tourists who had visited Tipang Tourism Village, homestay owners, and local people who were involved in tourism management. The results of the study show that Tipang Tourism Village has considerable tourism potential, especially in terms of natural and cultural tourism. Based on the results of interviews and observations, the pattern of tourist trips in Tipang Tourism Village can be structured as follows: tourists begin by visiting natural attractions such as waterfalls and tea gardens, then continue to cultural attractions such as traditional houses and places of worship, and end with activities culinary and shopping in traditional markets. The preparation of this travel pattern can be a reference for tourism managers in Tipang Tourism Village to improve existing tourism infrastructure and facilities, as well as improve the quality of service to tourists. <p><em>This study aims to reveal and analyze effective strategies in increasing room occupancy rates in homestays located in Raya Tourism Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. This village has great potential in the tourism industry, but the occupancy rate of homestay rooms has not reached its maximum potential. Therefore, this study adopted a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study reveal that there are several strategies that can increase room occupancy rates in homestays in Raya Tourism Village. First, environmental sustainability must be improved, including waste management, natural resources, and environmental hygiene. Second, more intensive and targeted promotion is needed to increase tourists' awareness of homestays in Desa Wisata Raya. Third, quality service and personalization of the guest experience can be key factors in retaining and attracting return tourists. Fourth, collaboration between homestay owners, local government, and other relevant parties can strengthen the tourism infrastructure in the village. In this context, this study provides an in-depth insight into the strategies that can be applied to increase room occupancy rates at homestays in Desa Wisata Raya. These results can be a valuable guide for homestay owners, local government, and other stakeholders in tourism development in the region. <p>Instagram social media is a social networking site like a web-based service that allows anyone to build a public profile within a limited system. Social media not only includes a variety of new media platforms but also combines several other social media systems such as Facebook, Tik-Tok, Twitter and others. Tourism object is an object which means shape and tourism which means facilities related to that shape, which can attract visitors or tourists to come to the object. This type of research is Qualitative research, in this writing, those who have been determined as subjects/informants of writing are 7 (seven) people. The data collection techniques used are field research, documentation, interviews, observation. The obstacles faced in increasing tourist visits using social media are the lack of creativity of human resources at the tourist attraction. And also there is still a lack of photo spots for tourists at Culinary Tourism Objects. <p>Religious tourism represents a compelling form of travel that captures the interest of many individuals, particularly those of the Christian faith. It involves activities undertaken by Christian believers to visit places imbued with religious significance, such as churches, monasteries, holy tombs, or historical sites associated with the Christian religion. Religious tourism offers numerous benefits to pilgrims, ranging from the enhancement of faith and the broadening of perspectives to gaining insight into local cultures or simply enjoying a leisurely vacation. Additionally, this form of tourism can have positive impacts on local communities, contributing to economic growth, the preservation of traditions, and the promotion of interfaith tolerance. The research indicates that Christian individuals engage in religious tourism not only to deepen their spiritual understanding but also to actively contribute to communal activities that advance unity and brotherhood among different groups. <p><em>Toba Regency is one of the areas that has a very large tourism potential. Located on the edge of Lake Toba, Toba Regency offers stunning natural beauty and rich culture. To increase the number of tourists who come to this area, the local government often holds various tourism events. One of the tourism events held in Toba Regency is the International Event F1 H2O Super Boat. This event is a speedboat racing championship that is participated by the best racers from all over the world. This championship is very popular and attended by thousands of speedboat racing fans from all over the world. That is why the writer is interested in conducting a research entitled "The Role of F1H2O Power Boat Event in Increasing Hotel and Homestay Occupancy in Balige, Toba Regency". This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection done by literature study. The conclusion of this research is, the International Event F1 H2O Super Boat showcases high-speed boat racing on Lake Toba. This event aims to introduce Lake Toba as one of the leading tourist destinations in Indonesia and attract the interest of foreign and domestic tourists to visit the area. The economy of the surrounding community increases, especially in terms of increasing hotel and homestay occupancy in Balige Toba Regency. The International Event F1 H2O Super Boat has a positive economic impact on the surrounding community, especially in terms of increasing hotel and homestay occupancy in Balige Toba Regency, which is the main location for holding the event. The role of the Toba Regency Government in promoting this event is to coordinate with related parties, such as the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Regional Tourism Office, hotel and other accommodation entrepreneurs, and the local community. <p><em>The purpose of the author's research is to learn about the performance of the duties and responsibilities of the room service waiter, to know the obstacles encountered by the Room Service Waiter, the role of the Supervisor in overcoming obstacles occurring in the implementation of room service Waiter at the JW Marriott Hotel Medan.The method of research used by the author is descriptive, that is, by observing the object of research in person. As for the population data and samples in the study of nine people consisting of three order takers who captured the job as a cashier, three room service waiters, one captain, one supervisor and one food and beverage manager.The author may conclude that in carrying out his duties the room service waiter was less responsible, in the case of delayed delivery of food, he found the obstacles that occurred when night shift and room service waiters were less aware of the menus sold and less fluent in English language, as well as supervised supervisors and managers were less in providing briefing and oversight of the room services waiter before operational work began.</em></p>Ivan Benedict Tambunan

<p><em>The equipment used by bartenders is very important and useful for smoothing operational activities at the bar so that</em> <em>there are no problems during operations. This research aims to determine the equipment available and used at the bar. Carrying out an inventory of the number of equipment and knowing the role of the supervisor regarding the equipment in the bar area. The research method used by the author is qualitative data, namely by observing the research object directly by collecting data on the bar. From the research results, it was concluded that there were still deficiencies in the bar at the Sushi Tei Manhattan Medan Restaurant. These deficiencies include a lack of equipment needed in the bar for the smooth running of ongoing operations, the implementation of equipment (inventory) calculations, and the role of the supervisor which has not been carried out properly and correctly.
